Marketing Specialist


  • Perform comprehensive market and data analysis;
  • Analyze and integrate data from two sales channels, online and direct-to-customer and implement marketing strategy based on the findings;
  • Creating marketing business plans and develop comprehensive marketing strategies for projects, including company website and social media;
  • Prepare marketing budgets;
  • Work closely with the sales team and external web developers to set up and integrate analytics into the company’s website and analyze reporting data to provide insights that drive business decisions. This includes, staying up to date on current market trends and providing advice on investing or managing company’s funds.
  • Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies-overseeing the work of external consultants, including web developers, photographers and online platform vendors.
  • Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet company’s strategies goals;
  • Work with key business development leaders to coordinate strategic materials and other communications in alignment with the company’s brand.
  • Develop and maintain materials that educate and enable an active sales team;
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement digital marketing campaigns on marketing platforms including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ad Words to increase sales;
  • Actively maintain Google Ad grant to support monthly fundraising, lead generation, and awareness goals;
  • Analyze and understand current social media trends;
  • Track, measure, and report results on all marketing campaigns to recommend future marketing strategies;
  • Develop marketing materials including press releases, brochures, fact sheets, analyst listings, presentations, and web content;
  • Monitor hard bounces, opt outs, and revenue tracking throughout campaigns;


  • Professional education: BA Degree program with a concentration or major in marketing, management or closely related field. Foreign equivalent is acceptable;
  • Deep knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Must have a strong understanding of market research, social media marketing strategy and content marketing;
  • Understanding of various offline sales solutions and the ability to measure the impact of offline sales strategies is a plus;
  • Knowledge of corporate marketing schemes and ability to prepare marketing budgets is a must;
  • Proven ability in working with data base user interface and query software, graphics and/or photo imaging software is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation and implementation.
  • Professional certification in social media, such as Social Media Marketing & Management and Complete Instagram Marketing is a plus;
  • Completion of Google Ads training courses such as Google Ads-Measurement, Google Ads Creative is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how to make effective Ad Creative based on Google’s research-backed guidance;
  • Knowledge of Campaign performance evaluation, Sales and Lead generation set up and conversion data analysis is a plus;
  • Working knowledge of designing effective ads for Video, Display, App and Search campaigns.
